I had 2 visits with Dr Michael Joseph Hartman, Ortho spine surgeon. No long wait either visit, he listened to me and I didn’t feel rushed even though it’s a busy practice. Only issue I had was getting through to someone at office when a prescription hadn’t been called into my pharmacy for me after my first office visit. I called and left the office a voicemail for callback but never received a call back so I didn’t get my medication for over a month when I mentioned this to Dr Hartman during my second follow up visit but he had it initiated immediately for me while in front me during my visit. Office staff and MA’s seem efficient and have been friendly and welcoming for the most part.


Visit with pain management doctor still in process but longer wait than normal. A lot of paperwork. I would have preferred portal access if any, to complete forms electronically, in advance online.

I was a victim of a careless driver, leaving me with bulging and herniated discs.

After minimal results following traditional therapies I opted for the ACDF surgery with Dr. Kuwamura.

Prior to my procedure I had unrelenting cervical, thoracic, lumbar and sciatic pain.

Following my surgery on 11-3, I no longer have back pain, AND my sciatic pain was eliminated, 100%.

The surgery realigned my spine.

My back pain has been eradicated, and I no longer need pain medication.

As an added benefit my posture has improved tremendously.

I am grateful not only for the release of unyielding, unbearable pain, but for the aesthetic improvement relating to my posture as well.
